In Sherbrooke, on June 8th 2017, passed away Mrs Evelyn Bell, at the age of 85. She was the wife of the late Gordon McIntyre.

Resting at Charron & fils Funeral Home, 228 Child Street, Coaticook where visitation will be held on Sunday June 11th from 7:00 to 9:00 pm and Monday from 9:00 to 11:00 am followed by the funeral service at 11:00 at the funeral home.

She leaves to mourn her children: Gloria (David), Dale (Connie), Brenda (David) and Gary. Predeceased by infant daughter at birth Crystal. Her grandchildren: Cynthia, Karen (Pascal), Danny (Chantal), Tina (Jimmy), Amanda (Mark), Vicki (Luc), Melanie (Éric), Ashley (Matt), Rebecca and Gordon. Her 20 great grandchildren and 1 predeceased great grandson. She also leaves 2 brothers: Arnold (late Barbara) and Stanley (late Judy), her 2 sisters: Marion (Ray) and Linda (Bob), many nieces, nephews and friends.

Tu es dans mes pensées ce matin. C'est un départ pour une longue route qui est parallèle à la nôtre et un jour elles se croiseront de nouveau. Elle était belle ta grand-maman ;-) Quelle repose en paix et que les bons souvenirs ravivent vos cœurs et y déposent un baume de tendresse. Mes condoléances à toutes la famille.

We send you all sincere sympathy as you mourn Evelyn's death. I remember meeting her several times at her Aunt Florence's house in Sherbrooke. Someone said when a sugar cube is placed in water the cube disappears but the sweetness remains. The same happens when a loved one passes from our view, the sweetness remains. We're you have much sweetness to remember.
