June Patterson (Fraser)
03/03/1937 - 20/01/2024 In Coaticook, January 20, 2024, Mrs. June Patterson (Fraser) passed away at the age of 86. She was the wife of the late Gordon Patterson and resided in Coaticook.
The family will welcome relatives and friends at the Charron et fils Funeral Home on Friday, January 26, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A farewell service will be held at Mount-Forrest Cemetery in the spring.
She is survived by her children; Lorelei (Renaud), Ross (the late France), Douglas (Nathalie), Dawn (Norman), Janice and Alison (the late Marvin). Her grandchildren; James (Tania), Tony (Catherine), Cynthia (Ricky), Jacob (Stephanie), the late Kane, Hunter (Brittany) and Kody (Emily). Her great-grandchildren; Kijana, Mitsy, Hannah, William, Mia, Ryan and Blake. Her brothers and sisters; the late Marina (the late Dick), John (Merle), the late Malcolm (Doreen), Winston (the late Becky), Marilyn (Phil), Stevens (Rebecca), Warren (the late Rose), Karen (the late George), Diane (Richard), David (Nadia) and James (Carole). Her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; the late Evan (the late Mary), the late Angus (Velda), the late Ottis (the late Elvira), Greta (Robert), Glenda (Ken) and Charles (Winona).
The family wishes to thank the assistants, nurses and doctors at CHUS Fleurimont for their loving care.

Notre père (Normand Laberge) a beaucoup fréquenté June et Gordon. À notre grande joie, il revenait presque toujours avec du pain fraichement cuit.
Par après, malgré le décès de notre père en 1995, June a constamment gardé contact avec notre mère en soulignant les dates importantes avec ses souhaits. Madame June Fraser avait une magnifique personnalité !

Sincere condolences to the Patterson family. I have been blessed to have known “Ma Patterson” for all these years, such a terrific lady. She will be sadly missed by many. I will miss many things of her including her smile, homemade bread, her kindness, and her great sense of humour, always such a ray of sunshine. I will always remember the potato planting journey several years back, with Ma Patterson, Ross, Ali and myself, such good memories.
